TT811 Sharp Edge Tester
Description: The TT811 Sharp Edge Tester determines whether accessible edges on toys or other products pose an injury risk. A pressure-sensitive self-adhesive PTFE tape (simulating human skin) is attached to a mandrel and rotated 360 degrees along the tested edge. If the tape is cut in half or longer (approximately 13 mm), the edge is deemed hazardous; otherwise, it passes the test.
