TF152 Dynamic Seam Fatigue Tester
Description: The TF152 Dynamic Seam Fatigue Tester evaluates the strength of upholstery seam constructions covering a standard foam composite cushion by applying a cyclic, impact, and penetrating load. A 127 mm (5”) diameter rubber-faced wheel impacts the fabric from a height of 150 mm (6”) with a mass of 3.75 kg (8.25 lbs) at 25 cycles per minute for 7,000 cycles. Compressed air is required. The tester has 3 work positions, with 6 positions available upon request.
