TB500 Cotton Trash Analyzer

Function:
The B500 Cotton Trash Analyzer is designed to precisely analyze lint, trash, and dust content within samples of raw cotton fiber weighing up to 100 grams. Additionally, it is used to:

  • Determine the non-fiber content of synthetic fibers.

  • Open and clean fibers in preparation for further testing.

Operating Principle:
The analyzer utilizes the carding principle combined with air separation technology to effectively separate lint from non-lint components.
