TF150 Zipper Reciprocation Tester
Description: The TF150 Zipper Reciprocation Tester evaluates the resistance of zippers (slide fasteners) to reciprocation under lateral and longitudinal tension. The tester moves the zipper head in a reciprocating motion at a constant speed of 30 cycles per minute for a specified number of cycles. An integral counter stops the drive when the pre-selected count is reached, and a sensor halts the machine automatically before the zipper breaks. Adjustable stroke (40–100 mm) is available upon request.
