Description: The TF222 Brush or Sponge Pilling Tester assesses the pilling propensity and simulates normal wear of knitted and woven fabrics used in apparel and automotive interiors. Specimens are brushed and/or sponged in a circular motion to form pills, then evaluated under standard lighting conditions using a pilling assessment viewer, light cabinet, or against standard fabrics/photographs.
