TF360 Needle Flame Tester

Description: The TF360 Needle Flame Tester evaluates the fire hazard of insulation and flammable materials in electrical and electronic products. It determines whether ignition occurs, or if the combustible portion ignited by the test flame has a limited burn time or range, without spreading as burning or glowing particles fall. The tester uses a 0.9 mm diameter needle burner tilted at 45°, fueled by butane gas, with fire hazard assessed by measuring burn time and ignition of wrapped tissue or white pine boards beneath the specimen.
