Determines wear and abrasion resistance of fabrics used in clothing, footwear, and industries. Includes surface abrasion head (inflated diaphragm method), flex abrasion head, necessary weights, and blades. Accessories available for frosting, pilling, and edge abrasion tests.
Fitted with built-in timer and mechanical cycle counter. Ensures repeatable testing via consistent motor speed (120 double strokes per minute at 25 mm / 1 in stroke length). Features improved air injection system for uniform diaphragm inflation and superior clamping mechanism for repeatable specimen tension.
